We offer worldwide shipping (ex Australia and PO Box addresses). The prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars. The currency conversion (to your specific currency) will automatically occur during the checkout process when placing an order on www.mondaysilks.com
- Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude holidays and public holidays
- Dispatched order is when the the product is shipped. You will know this because you will receive a shipping notification email.
Our standard shipping rates are as follows:
- New Zealand: Courier Tracked $5.99 NZD
- International: Standard shipping $20 NZD
- International: Courier $35
Our Standard shipping delivery estimates are as follows:
- New Zealand dispatched orders take an estimated 1-4 business days tracked via Post Haste. All Post Haste deliveries require signature upon delivery unless requested not to by the customer.
- International dispatched orders take an estimated 8-12 Business days. Some countries are tracked and some are not. When you place an order and select your shipping method it will tell you if your specific country is tracked or not.
If you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand, a customs or import duty charge may incur. We take no responsibility for any charges, duties or taxes incurred at the receivers end. If you want more information you will have to contact your local customs office. Orders cannot be returned to sender. All charges are to be paid on delivery of order by the customer. Mondaysilks.com will never pay these customs charges for you.

• If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
• All returned merchandise must be in their original packaging unused, altered or washed and all tags attached and in good condition.
• If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color, that's no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we will not be responsible for lost goods. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging. We will charge a freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.
