Our website prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars, but you can select your own currency in the top right hand corner. Once you proceed to checkout, our prices will revert back to NZ Dollars, but your credit card will be charged in your country's currency.

Urban Courier $6 NZD - 1 to 3 working days
Rural Courier $8 - 2 to 7 working days
Australia (standard non tracked) - $10
Australia (courier tracked) - $20
Rest of world (standard non tracked) $20 NZD - 2 to 3 weeks
Rest of world (courier tracked) $35 - 5 to 14 working days
All Post Haste deliveries require signature upon delivery unless requested not to by the customer upon checkout.
If you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand, a customs or import duty charge may incur. We take no responsibility for any charges, duties or taxes incurred at the receivers end. If you want more information you will have to contact your local customs office. Orders cannot be returned to sender. All charges are to be paid on delivery of order by the customer. Mondaysilks.com will never pay these customs charges for you.

• If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
• All returned merchandise must be in their original packaging unused, altered or washed and all tags attached and in good condition.
• If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color, that's no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we will not be responsible for lost goods. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging. We will charge a freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.
